Macro Fun - The Spit

Had some fun earlier this week taking some macro shots down in the forest by The Spit (Goldy) - initially went to get some sunrise photos, but the sun was hidden by clouds once again! But managed to find some interesting subjects to take macro's of instead...

Went out west of Coffs today to Platypus Flats and Bangalore Falls. Took some shots with the 70-300mm & the 18-55mm kit. Results below...

The Spit & The Bridge, Southport

Headed out with the camera again last night, down to the Spit to grab some twilight shots - then on the way back home, stopped at the bridge in Southport to grab a few last-minute pics as well.

Spring Storm, Coolangatta
